Join our champion chix coaches to conquer teeter totters, roots, rocks, bridges, switchbacks, logs, ramps, ascending, descending and shifting. We are known for our unconventional teaching skills and wording, such as “boobs to tubes”, which is not always PC, but certainly unforgettable.
DATES TBA, but most likely OCTOBER 2016
Registration is in advance, online via Paypal only. All information is shared via email, so please register with an email you check frequently.
Most camps are three hours long. Gals get the most benefit out of taking a skills camp in a park setting, followed by a singletrack camp where you can put those new skills and confidence to practice on a real trail. Need help figuring out which camp is for you? Want to know the minimum skills required and what skills you will learn for beginners, intermediates and advanced Levels? Camps do not require a high level of fitness, as we are constantly stopping to session and coach icky things along the way.
Register early as camps are small for best results: Ratio of 6 gals per Champion Chix Coach, usually with a camp maximum of 12 gals total. You may choose beginner, intermediate or the advanced level the day of the camps.
Upon registration you will be emailed camp more information, gear list, and our infamous skills list. Helmets and bicycles required.
All camps are non-refundable and non-transferable in any instance. Camps will be held rain, snow or shine. We strongly suggest you purchase trip insurance in case you cannot attend the camp.
Every camp includes a trivia contest with prizes from our partners: Osprey Packs, Elemental Herbs, Zoic Clothing, and Paleo Epic Bars.
At select camps we have first-come women’s demos from Juliana Bicycles and Osprey Packs. Email us if you would like to reserve a demo in advance.
All or part of this operation is conducted on public lands under special permit with Colorado Backcountry and/or Rippin Chix, LLC from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management.
