Meredith started skiing at the age of 2 but it was at the age of 10 that a friend told her to hit a kicker and do a 360. Despite barely knowing what a 360 was, she tried all the same and it was then that skiing became her true passion. Meredith progressed her freestyle endeavours for several years competing in big air, halfpipe and slopestyle competitions. She moved to British Columbia to attend UBC in the Sauder School of Business, while also discovering the world of Freeride skiing in Whistler when she wasn’t in class. After graduating Meredith pursued ski competition on the Freeskiing World Tour and Freeride World Qualifying Tour, while also working in Investor Relations. Now Meredith balances both a business world and an athletic one. Coaching the Whistler Freeride Club, an athlete development program for competitive Junior Freeride athletes, Rippin Chix women's ski camp and mountain biking in the summer to help improve the technique and confidence for both casual and competitive athletic endeavours!

Pip was born in Garmisch Partenkirchen, Germany but grew up in Crested Butte, Colorado, where she ski raced for Crested Butte Academy. The legendary steeps of CB always inspired her, and in her senior year decided to give the Crested Butte Extremes Junior’s competition a try. She won, and racing officially took the backseat and was able to bring her ski technique to the big mountains and spent many years on the freeskiing circuit. Pip has participated in ski-based expeditions including an all women’s sailing and ski expedition to Greenland and loves ski coaching the ladies in our women's ski camps to be more confident in any and all mountain terrain.

Susan lives in Pemberton, British Columbia, near the base of Ts̓zil (Mount Currie), with her husband Jon Johnston and their son. Much of her ski time is now spent getting in powder turns on and just beyond Blackcomb. For many years Susan competed and podiumed on the International Freeskiers Association World Tour circuit and prior to that raced NCAA Division I and FIS. Post competitive years and pre-kid were spent in deep exploration of the Coast Range and traveling further afield, including Bhutan on the first-ever ski expedition there and climbing and skiing Mt. Blanc in France. She relishes taking the ski technique and technical skills learned as a competitor, through her many experiences in the mountains and passing them on through ski coaching. When not skiing on new snow she enjoys professionally documenting and researching old buildings and historic sites and helping Rippin Chix Ski Camps expand to more and more women out there!

Theresa appreciates great ski technique, hailing from a racing background in the Midwest and transitioned to freeride and backcountry skiing upon moving to Seattle 10 years ago. An IFSA certified freeride coach, Theresa has discovered her passion for ski coaching, big lines and technical terrain, skiing multiple routes on Washington's five major volcanoes, including from the summit of Mt. Rainier. Theresa has skied every month of the year for the last nine years and we are happy to bring her qualifications to our women's ski camps
